Los Gatos resident Jeanine Harms was last seen Friday when she headed
to Campbell at about 6:45 p.m. to meet a friend at the Rock Bottom Brewery
in the Pruneyard Shopping Center. But officers report today that new
investigative leads indicate that Harms was, in fact, seen leaving the
brewery with a man in a green Jeep Cherokee at about 10 p.m.
Until now, investigators only had unsubstantiated reports that Harms
left the bar in her own car with her unidentified male companion following
behind in the green Jeep.
The white man is described as being in his 40s, with a stocky, athletic
build and short brown hair. The police department is currently trying to
identify the man to interview him regarding Harms' disappearance.
The Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department has searched Harms' home
and car. The department's evidence team and the crime scene team from the
Santa Clara County District Attorney's Crime Lab are currently processing
evidence collected. Officials will not discuss the nature of that
evidence.
The investigation into Harms' disappearance is continuing and anyone
