![]() Missing Los Gatos Woman
Police are investigating new tips about Jeanine Harms' disappearance, after the case appeared on "America's Most Wanted." Today they are searching the Lexington Reservoir in Santa Clara County. Jeanine Harms, 42, has been missing since July 27. Friends and relatives searched for Jeanine Harms Friday while police searched the house of a man who saw the night of her disappearance. Neither that man, nor the man who followed her home that night, is a suspect. Harm's brother was grateful for the help Friday as a group passed out flyers. Her friends revisited the Rock Bottom bar, a week after Harm's disappearance. A special web site, findjeanine.com, has been set up in an effort to find Harms. A reward of $10,000 is being offered. Police searching for a missing Los Gatos woman have talked with the last person known to have seen her. The night Jeanine Harms vanished, she met a man at the Rock Bottom Brewery in Campbell. That man says they went to her home in separate cars, and he left about one o’clock in the morning. He says nothing was amiss. But police say, something in her home is not right. Sergeant Kerry Harris: "The house was normally neat, and it was still neat. There were just featured in the house that had changed, which were inconsistent with someone being there." » 08-01-2001
